Rebrand for Basin Irrigation Drainage Authority & Partners, SMWC & RD1500

Overview: We were tasked to rebrand three partnering organizations that were intertwined operationally but still had to remain separate due to a variety of reasons both functionally and legally. Drawing inspiration from the natural landscape, wildlife and man-made structures in the Sutter Basin, we created a refreshed design for each organization while connecting them through color and landscape focal points.

Conclusion

Without a proper branding and communications plan, the organizations often had to fight hard to be recognized and remembered. With a consistent feel and tone, the three have found success in achieving long-held communication goals that once felt unattainable. The organizations continue to rely on R Michael Strategies for educational and communication needs.
